3:30 PM Arrive at Beijing Capital Airport
*College will provide bus to pick up teachers from the airport with luggage
6:00 PM Arrive at Hotel – Receive room assignments
7:00 PM Dinner at local restaurant
May 24th Saturday
8:00 AM Breakfast in hotel
9:00 AM Teachers Meeting
10:00 AM Tour of the university campus with students
12:00 PM Lunch on Campus
1:30 PM Return to hotel (IECS teachers take this time to rest/relax from jet lag)

6:00 PM Welcome Dinner with College Faculty & Officials
8:00 PM IECS Special Introductions & Entertainment for Students

(Foreign Teachers and students on public transportation)

*College will provide bus to take teachers to Beijing with luggage
General Responsibilities
MEALS:
· The College shall provide lunch meals and dinner meals if IECS doesn’t dine out.
TRANSPORTATION:
· The College will provide bus transportation from the airport in Beijing to the college and back to Beijing at the conclusion of English Week.
· The College will provide the transportation for The Great Wall Trip with students.
TEACHING:
· The College will select the classes to be taught on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 8:00 AM – 9:50 AM and 10:10AM – 12:00 AM. IECS will teach the same students on all teaching days.
· The IECS will provide6 teaching teams for these morning classes. (This represents 12 classes being taught on each teaching day) The curriculum for these classes will be provided by IECS, focusing on interactive learning, cultural comparisons, pronunciation, and American Idioms. IECS will work with the Dean of the English Department on the teaching plan and the lecture topics before the English Week.
HOTEL & LODGING:
· The College will bear the expenses for the housing at a local hotel for foreign teachers.
